From sign-up to your first checked-in technician in about ten minutes. Each step assumes the previous one is done.
- 01 Welcome to Alpha What Alpha is and who it is for: one live screen for your crew, your jobs, and your customers, built for the people who keep getting interrupted for a status.
- 02 Create your account Sign in to Alpha with your email and password on the hosted sign-in screen, and create your account if it is your first time.
- 03 Set up your organization Your organization holds your customers, projects, team, and integrations. Here is what the one-screen setup asks for and what happens next.
- 04 Invite your team Invite crew and office staff from Admin then Team, pick the right role for each person, and get them working in Alpha the moment they accept.
- 05 Add your first customer and job Two short wizards take you from an empty workspace to a working project: add the customer with a primary location, then create the job.
