01 Check in to a job site Check your crew in and out of a job site in one tap. Alpha checks your coordinates against the site geofence and records whether the visit was on site.
02 Move a project through the pipeline Move a job between statuses from the edit form or with Advance, and see who changed it and when in the activity feed.
03 Change the statuses a project can be in Rename, recolour, reorder, and add project statuses so the pipeline matches how your shop actually works, from Workflow in the sidebar.
04 Add attachments to a project Upload photos, PDFs, and signed estimates to a project's Files tab, or capture a photo straight from your phone. No Drive account required.
05 Comment on a project Keep job conversation on the job. Post to a project's Notes thread and mention a teammate to notify them in the app and by email.
06 Connect QuickBooks Online Link your QuickBooks Online company file so customers, items, and estimates sync with Alpha both ways instead of being typed twice.
07 Organize customers with sub-customers Put a customer under another as a sub-customer when one account covers several sites or properties you bill separately, and see the full path everywhere.
08 Connect Google Drive Give every project its own Google Drive folder, organized under its customer, and upload into it straight from the project page.
09 Change a teammate's role Change what a teammate can see and do from Admin then Team, and remove their access immediately when they leave.
10 Set up and manage billing Add a payment method and manage usage-based billing for Alpha. Payments run through Stripe, and Alpha never sees or stores your card details.
11 Put work on the calendar Schedule work-order lines with spans, so a job that stops and restarts for rain, an inspection, or another trade reads honestly on the calendar.
12 Staff a job by skill Build your own vocabulary of trades, tickets, and seniority, tag items and teammates with it, and let Alpha rank the right crew first on every assignment.
